Interface Enhancement

Hi everybody! When I play I like to look at the game log tab and it would be nice if when someone added to the chat that the chat tab would change to something like this: Hmm. I like the idea. Just maybe put a bell instead of asterx, or just the word 'chat' in bold or in a different colour. Not sure how much work requires in term of code...

Yeah that's the thing, this isn't very easy to do well. I really want this though.

before the rewrite, it use to display a coloured (red?) outline of the tab when there was a new message i believe.
