even/odd mafia game

i will likely change the phase start/stop time to something like 21:00:00 server time (2 pm cst usa i think) so that it's not 2 a.m. in the U.K. i know that puts it in the middle of the work day for those of us in the usa but last second moves should not be much of an issue in this game. and modifications/clarifications/edits to the original forum post concerning guidelines for this game have been put in [b]bold[/b] in post #1

the game has started. it is now day 1. there will be no mafia shot tonight so you are not voting on a mafia target today. however just to get things going and show some of the newcomers how it's done = you [b]will[/b] be voting today. since all would likely vote for themselves, vote on another player who you think will be the winner of this game (along w you), since there will be 2 winners. it is better if you vote like this to make it easier for me to count votes = [b]# vote hood[/b] it can be included in a more lengthy message but with # in front of it, in [b]bold[/b], and on a line by itself. this 1st day phase will be little longer than 24 hrs since phases end/begin at 21:00 D12 server clock. full forum chat is allowed/encouraged during the day phase. use it to get to know each other, advise each other, and ask public questions.

one of my goals for this game was to not have to read 250 posts in the forum every 6 hrs - but - i expected/hoped for a little more involvement/speculation than this. granted, there is less to discuss. no suspicions or accusations to deny - but i thought there might be some prying into each others unique ability. or at least commentary on how you miss me playing or how you miss the constant babbling of you-know-who. it would good for all to note that you are here and active
