This map is getting historical! The Federal Republic of Yugoslavia was officially renamed 'Serbia and Montenegro' in the early 2003. Therefore this map is Europe 2002

No, I correct myself, perhaps better to call it [b]Europe 2006[/b] as Montenegro is attached to Albania, so we assume it was already independent from Yugoslavia in this map time. And well, Yugoslavia should actually be called Serbia, but also "Yugoslavia" tag can be fine in the end, as Serbia is just what remained of the ex Yugoslavia. There is some small inconsistencies.

Today its called Volgograd and there are many other 1-2 million cities in that area like rostov on don, krasnodar, machtchiala, samara, saratov.
