i've been hearing about gender inequality in incomes lately so died some research.
it turns out that there is no truth to the assertion that men make more money in the same job. it's really about choices. for instance, men tend to choose higher paying careers like doctors, lawyers and engineers while women tend to choose careers that inherently have lower salaries like female doctors, female lawyers, and female engineers.
