first.... let's rewind the clock to before the announcement was made...because even the announcement was can be misinterpreted (which I did....and i thought everyone had 400 coins has a bailout package to spend today then 10000 coins to spend tomorrow...i didn't realize that was an example of the misuse since it was the first sentence in the announcement)

so all orders/actions before that announcement should remain valid and all other requests after is void.

2nd.....any changes in the money system should be announced and then extend the phase 24 hours so all players can check-in and process. (no changes should be made within 2 hours of the deadline...unless you really want to cause mass confusion....which happened)

3rd....i propose a bailout package to reset the banking system.....i'm not sure how to explain this...but i'll use examples

player one -- no debt --balance of zero
player two -- 4 coins in debt
player three --400 coins in debt

fix
player one --4 coins richer
player two --balance of zero
player three -- 2 coins in debt....so 2 votes carry forward to the next lynch phase.
no more overspending is allowed from now on.

what do you guys think?
