Hey guys!

i recently had an idea to make make tournament with participants who have an above the average IQ. My aim to see whether this kind of gifted people are better than the average player and are more challenging to play against. Therefore the requirement for joining the tournament is to archieve a result of 110 or (preferably) above. I think its a cool idea to try out.

Requirements:

Please take these test and post the screenshot with your nick name and results to qualify. I know that these tests are not perfect, but its okay, we are not in an instutute of smthing important, just a risk site. Should be good enough for this matter.

https://openpsychometrics.org/tests/FSIQ/

https://mensa.dk/iqtest/

https://test.mensa.no/Home/Test/de

I usually get smthing aroung 118-124 in these tests.

Settings:

Large-very large maps
7-9 players per game
Fog
Cap to 20
Unlimited fortification
Silence in game chat. Small talk is okay, spoiling the fog is forbidden.

The ones who dared... their names will be carved into stone and shall never be forgotten...:

Dima
andymech
JCaesar69
TimTheGreat
Mayday123
slackbatter
JoRo

Hoodlum(?)

Exceptions:
Following players are allowed to join even if the dont pass the test:
simomosi
ProblemChild96
andymech
slackbatter
Tihi
k0canada613
roki

PS: If you know some gifted people in real life or from other risk/chess/whatever sites, feel free to invite them and to try this tournament! They are welcome!

PS: ....and yes, theoretically you can get results on youtube for some of these test, (but not for all), but please dont do if, its cheating and i want my experiment to succeed... Just join another tourney, if you dont meet the requirenments.

Those tests always give users higher IQ results than they have, so that you can sign up with your credit card. The high IQ'ers already know this, and they dont play CAmP game settings lol

yes, i know that there are scam sites that use to falsify results. But the ones i took are without any payment at the end. And the last two are official tests from mensa danmark and norway. So basicly i made sure to choose the best ones you can find on internet. The results are also more or less reliablem

damn you are good! i skipped the verbal part more or less, cuz i am not english speaker, but even in other categories you are better than me! amazing!
At the end of the test there are correlations to other popular/accepted IQ tests and they show that this test is more or less very accurate. Therefore you might be highly gifted. Test yourself in RL with a proper test, you might be able to join the Mensa group.

Glad to have you in the tourney!

I hope ProblemChild96, simomosi and slackbatter also join!
and Hoodlum of course!

well, i am not native eng speaker aswell. it not a problem. the tests on the norwegian and danish mensa sites are culturally and linguistically neutral. and the remaining test has a linguistic part, but i simply ignored it or did what i could.

just make it and post pic here, its okay.

I'm interested depending on how many games are involved. I don't want to be in more than I have time for.

Full Scale IQ
140
Memory IQ
138
Verbal IQ
138
Spatial IQ
141

It's a fun idea and I had never done an IQ test before so that was fun in itself. I am skeptical about how much IQ matters for playing D12. I would guess critical thinking is more important, with emotional regulation also playing a role, but those are a lot harder to measure.
slackbatter is online.
